## NOMA Advanced Christmas Reviews in Canada

### *---- "Doesn’t connect second year"
Disappointed because declining all the time and now doesn’t seem to connect at all. This is only the second year.
-- Jacqeee7, 2024-12-29

### **--- "Needs more functionality"
Second year using this app with my lights and I was hoping for some feature updates. Would be nice to create my own light show for my lights.
-- vexxev, 2024-12-18

### *---- "iPhone 16 won’t work"
Please update your app, I can’t use it on my new phone, now I can’t sell my old phone because it’s the only way I can get it to work
-- Jessy kat, 2024-12-13

### *---- "Garbage app"
I have had nothing but issues with Noma since getting a Christmas ornament and hub. My deer never works and the only way to make it work is to repair it. Except now my hub can’t even find it 😒 I’m so annoyed for the cost of it all.
-- Nooner1987, 2024-12-04

### *---- "Frustration doesn’t even describe it"
This is the second year I’m using these lights and it’s absolutely impossible to manage with this app. Every time there is a power outage, I lose everything and the hub/phone/lights won’t reconnect. I have a full smart home with products of all brands and this is by far the worst.
-- 04LC, 2024-11-27

### *---- "Second try with this product"
I would give less than a star if I could.

After failure with 1.0, I figured 2.0 would have better results. It won’t find the hub, after all trouble shooting, nothing. The app is a horrible user experience, the error message doesn't make sense. It says to make sure hub is turned on and connected through the app to my wifi - yet nowhere do I connect it to my wifi. It doesn’t specify a dual path router and 2.4 wifi - even with these technical requirements - nothing. Save a couple hundred dollars and get something that works.
-- Trixie H20, 2024-11-27

### *---- "Absolutely useless"
Will not find lights to pair. Simply can’t use. Noma should be embarrassed.
-- BillyOzzzz, 2024-11-23

### *---- "Absolutely horrible"
Will not connect whatsoever to any of my lights 1.0 or 2.0 absolutely a joke
-- Deejaecz2012, 2024-11-16

### ****- "Reliable"
It does what i need it to do
-- Rhmcanada, 2024-11-15

### *---- "Advance hub gen 2"
GARBAGE….
-- Savemoneybaby, 2024-11-12
