I bought 2 leak detector and the app always notice me of lost of connections. This is useless…

I already think that having to create an account and activate Location use on my phone just to use a wall outlet is overkill, but when it the app requires me to connect the device to my home wifi network, it refuses to even attempt to connect further in the app no matter what. There are no options to use it without the mobile app, even a desktop app would be preferable.

How do you guys not have a widget for your devices. Be a lot better if I didn’t have to go into the app every time and just had a widget on my lock/home screen where I can tap to turn on my lights

I’ve had this app and used the devices for a few years now. It’s easy to use: adding devices, creating experiences etc. but the app freezes and glitches a lot for many years. Experiences disappear from the home scree constantly and have to go into each devices to access and edit them. This has been going on for a few years now. IOS 17.6.1

App 'Updates' are just slogans posted in the App Store; nothing has been 'resolved' or is improving. 95% of the time, when I attempt to EDIT an 'Experience' (aka 'PROGRAM' in the real world) that I created, a pop-up: "UNKNOWN ERROR" Prevents me from simply changing my PROGRAM start-time, but it causes the whole app to CRASH, because when you try to leave the PROGRAM editing feature, you get another pop-up: 'If you leave, changes won't be saved' You can't make a simple edit, and you can't close the editor, because IF YOU CLOSE THE EDITOR: The App DELETES YOU ENTIRE PROGRAM that you had already created. APP IS: 1) TERRIBLY UNINTUITIVE 2) LOOKS HORRIBLE 3) GLITCHY AF

Could ya just make it. Turn on and off that this and this time. &#@$

Do not buy from this company. Worst light changing company. Products don’t work, there is no support. Money spent better elsewhere, I regret buying from them.

I am really impressed with how user friendly this app was to use. I like that I can control my son’s bedroom fan from anywhere in the house. It only took a few minutes to download, connect the product and begin using it which was awesome. Definitely a handy app to have. No more running back upstairs to double check that my 6 year old turned his light off when I can just check my phone and turn it off from anywhere!
