Nomad eSIM: Prepaid Data Plan

Signal is bad in Xishuangbanna, I bought a 30day 30G China eSIM. Most of the time it does not work.

Recently came back from three weeks holiday in Europe and I’ve used Nomad’s eSIM. From installation, activation and usage, everything went smoothly. The coverage and connection were very good, with no downtime whatsoever!

Great service, easy to setup and use ! Recommend it and will come back for future travels.

Got an eSIM for my trip to Japan and had connection issues in the dead centre of Tokyo, requested a refund and instead got given instructions to “fix” my connection which didn’t work, so I again requested a refund and outright said I don’t want to fix it I just wanted my money back, the response was that my wish for a refund was “respected” before just giving me the same instructions with no refund, I’m now on my third request for a refund and fuming

I will go overseas tomorrow, can’t figure out the eSIM installation, wrote an email to Nomad, Jamie’s fast response and very detailed explanation solved everything for me, I’m very appreciated for her help and patience. Highly recommend Nomad eSIM service.

回中国时买的，使用方法简单。在国内也可以用外网。到中国直连联通，但是网速很慢，我买了一个月20G的，说好可以连5G，但其实三个星期的假期不论是重庆，还是成都，最后天津，全部最快4G，根本连不了5G。虽然连的是4G，但是网速很慢。

It’s so easy to set up an eSIM with nomad, there are plans for numerous countries worldwide and it makes staying in touch easy and cost effective.

They promised the Vivo network in Brazil but I was connecting to TIM Mobile. The internet didn’t work. Couldn’t order Uber, use maps etc. the help centre is email based which creates an enormous delay in communication, especially when you are travelling and time is at a premium. They were not able to solve my issue and did not refund the money. I ended up buying an eSIM from another company which worked fine. I wouldn’t recommend it.

One of the best Esims apps out there I have traveled to 30+ countries and all of them have worked great with the Nomad ESIM app. I definitely recommend 10/10 customer service and support. And very easy to use! Thank you.
