Craps out on iPhone
Won’t consistently update on iPhone. Have to delete app, reboot phone then reinstall app. This has been an issue for a long time. If not fixed by my renewal date I will not renew.
Love this app
This app has stopped me from receiving a ton of spam calls daily. Installed it in my husbands phone too.
Doesn’t stop the spam calls
I’ve had this app for about six months! Followed setup directions and I STILL get the spam texts! Not good! I feed you the spam numbers but what do you do for me???? I want my money back!!!!!!
Not Convinced It’s Working
Had a couple phone calls routed to voicemail, but not a single filtered text message. A couple options: 1. Spammers stopped texting me. Very unlikely. 2. Spammers are texting me and app not working as advertised. Also curious what the technical issues are with MVNOs to prevent using Max. Not my field. Honest question. I am really wanting to like the app, but I am canceling free trial. Just not at the level of a paid subscription.
Good but . . . Auto update a weak link.
If you don’t open the app on a regular basis it will stop getting up dates to no_robo numbers. I just had reason to report a number and found I had gone 22 days w/o an update n
Does it still work?
I’ve had the service for many years, but doesn’t seem to work much at all the last 2-3 months. I’m also having to manually refresh it way more than I used to. Thinking about just cancelling it since I’m getting so many spam and spoof calls daily.
Invaluable
We are not ever bothered by unwanted calls or messages since we discovered this app several years ago! Highly recommend!
Not making much difference
I’m getting about the same volume of local rotating number calls. There has to be a way to stop carriers from issuing all those numbers.
Useless
I am getting more calls than before. I think this was a gimmick just so I could get more Robo called and scams.
