## Noodle Description
Noodle helps you catch slouching sooner and build a better sitting habit one reset at a time.

Start a Slouch Watch, sit tall once to calibrate, and Noodle uses supported AirPods or Beats head-motion data to watch for forward hunching while you work, study, scroll, game, or take calls. When you start curling toward the screen, Noodle gives you a gentle cue to sit upright again.

Want to try it first? Slouch Test Drive lets you sit tall, slouch on purpose, and watch Noodle catch the hunch before you subscribe.

Trends shows how your posture habit is growing with live reads, manual check-ins, upright minutes, streaks, best days, and weekly or monthly scores. Your Noodle levels up too: earn ranks, unlock hats, held items, backgrounds, and shareable Noodle cards as you keep showing up.

Features include:

Live slouch and hunch detection with supported AirPods or Beats
Gentle alerts, optional sounds, and background notifications
Lock Screen and Dynamic Island Live Activities
See today's posture at a glance with a home screen widget
Slouch Test Drive, Trends, check-ins, streaks, and ranks
Unlockable hats, items, backgrounds, and share cards
Adjustable detection and movement sensitivity
Motion processing on device

Noodle is for everyday moments when your neck, back, and shoulders start drifting toward the screen. No complicated routines. Just a small nudge to sit tall again.

Noodle Pro unlocks full Slouch Watch access, live hunch alerts, Trends, streaks, ranks, and style rewards. Subscription options may include Weekly Pro at $2.99/week and Annual Pro at $24.99/year. Prices may vary by country or region. If a free trial is offered, the trial length and renewal price are shown before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Automatic tracking requires motion-capable AirPods or compatible Beats. Noodle is for general wellness and habit tracking, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or physical therapy.

## Noodle Reviews in United States

### ***** "Way more accurate than expected"
At first I was skeptical about how it would know whether my posture is bad, but the integration with my airpods was seamless. I sit more than 8 hours a day for work, so the reminders are a game changer for me. Also appreciate the extra stats that I can look back to see how my habits have improved.

### ***** "this app actually makes me stop slouching"
didn’t think AirPods tracking would be that useful but it works really well. I actually stopped slouching so much while I’m working
