I saw these guys advertise on Facebook and other billboards that I’ve seen and I’ve tried this for the first time. Oh my goodness it’s the most amazing freshly made food I’ve ever tasted in such a long time I would definitely come back for more and try every thing on the menu, the service is amazing the best service that you’ll ever get from these guys. These guys are incredible. I recommend for everybody to try this place especially if you want fresh made home-cooked food. I definitely give them five stars no problem.
Used the app in store and still never received my points.
I used the scan option on the app to scan my account in store at the Royal Oak location and the points never showed up on my account.
App not working
I try to activate the app by sending the text. It keeps saying sent successfully but nothing happens so I cannot use the app. Very disappointed. There is no option to contact anyone either.
Good app hard to pay
The app is pretty good and easy to use. It has different options for ordering. I wish I could put in the pickup time to be less than 30 minutes.
The app loses 2 stars by not accepting Apple Pay though. It’s so much easier to use than having to put in your credit card number and then verify with your bank and I don’t trust the app to save my credit card number securely so that’s not an option. Get Apple Pay working!!!!!!!!!!
Really crappy app
So many problems- rewards disappear, then once reset the rewards page doesn’t even show. The FAQS are useless.
Meh
Love the food. But the connection between the individual restaurants and the main company (who produces the app - is obviously not working very well). Noodlebox changed their ‘free box’ promo and replaced it with expiring point. That’s frustrating. But lately the App just refunds my credit card and cancels the order. I ordered pizza instead.
Ordering shouldn’t be this hard
I don’t understand why I need an app just to order at noodlebox. Also it throws an error at me every time I try to signup. Unfortunately DoorDash seems to be the only way I can get an order in
app does not work
I tried to enroll but my email address was already “used”. i used a different email address which allowed me to finally register. when i clicked on “order” and selected the location nearest me, I got an error saying “too many requests.” I closed the app and re-ran it but I still get the same
error. Why do you even bother promoting this app when it doesn’t even work properly?
Can’t join
Tried to enroll in their rewards and the message I got is the email is already registered (never registered before). When I tried Forgot Password the message says vendor does not have access to user.
Points system is a scam
Worst customer service and the app is terrible. The previous app wouldn’t let you redeem points when ordering. You could only do this in person. This year they decided to have points expire after 1 year. The issue is that they made previously earned points expire too. So I lost 700 points and when I emailed they basically said too bad. Don’t waste your time with this company or app.
