App is completely useless due to connectivity issues
Seems like the latest update caused constant connectivity issues - keep getting the same error that my connection is unstable when it fact it’s excellent, I’m pulling consistently 400-500 mbps on the speed test and all other apps and YouTube working just fine. Unable to even load my 3 cameras in the app. Used to work fine for the longest time. Please roll back the latest update to the previous version and do a better job at testing things before deploying new updates. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!
No customer service?
Having a billing issue and cannot get in touch with anyone from customer service. I was charged for a yearly subscription to nooie+ so I can go back and see video recording- I tried to cancel it & the automatic payment. They shut off my yearly subscription today and have kept the money. The support chat in the app doesn’t work, I sent emails but nothing has come back to me in a week. Very fishy and seems kind of like a scam. For a baby monitor that’s really scary.
The audio is gone
Hello, it seems that the audio is no longer working from the video, which makes it the camera almost useless.
Awful. Never getting nooie again
So many things. Simply, the cloud service subscription is a scam and the memory card version for the 360° does not work.
Loading time is always exceptionally long.
And my biggest frustration is that there is no setting to turn off the CONSTANT stream of spam push notification they send you about their “30% off” sales. It’s more than once a week and I’m over it. Push and email.
Keeps saying I’m offline
It keeps saying that I’m offline and it won’t let me change my portion settings or delete or add another mealtime
Sound issues
I can talk to my baby but cannot hear him. If you google “Nooie 360 sound not working” you will find communities full of these issues
Horrible
So many issues without proper customer service support. Just get more irritated with the product the longer I have it.
Sound just randomly stopped
After about a year of use, we all of a sudden lost sound. It’s no longer detecting sounds nor can talk through the microphone. Tried everything we found online to fix it. Very disappointed
I would give this 5 stars but I would love if this was available on my Apple TV as well
Please make this app available on Apple TV please.
App Logs Me Out
I like the camera but the app has constantly been logging me out recently. I also lose connectivity pretty often.
