Once you get a hang of the greens,yellow and orange foods, results will start to show. If you follow it right, it wants you to succeed and be off on your own by the sixth month. Best investment I have made for my health. Better than a gym membership. Been off the app for 5 months but i still practice everything it thought me, every day still. There are inconsistencies that the coaches can’t explain -my treat days are not acknowledged -everything looks the same for the day - still asked to weigh in and log meals. Also, the materials say chicken breast is yellow but it shows up as green for me. And now, ironically enough, every nickname is taken, disallowing me from sending feedback.
