I am glad that I didn’t pay for the trial, because the app is not working. For 3 days in a row now I have the same lessons and when I wrote to the virtual assistent, it told me to go to the support group, which is also not working when I click it. Don’t waste your money here please
I canceled my trial but basically because I knew a lot of concepts from a real world coaching which I took part few years ago. So it was a good refresher. I think the program/content is really great, I also enjoyed that I had multiple features in one app- I used to use separate apps for habit tracking, weight tracking, intermittent fasting, water tracking. Here I had everything in one.
I’m really disappointed. 1st I have to go through a very long questionnaire, revealing sensitive personal information and in the end you’re forced to pay even for the trial period. Plus it’s not possible to pay via App Store, they force you to pay directly. You can’t even open the app without subscribing outside the App Store.
Stupid app. It is not connected to yr subscription, so you have to fill in yr data like zillion times. They only take yr credit card data so they can charge you for pricey subscription without actually using the app.
You fill long questionnaire and after that you will learn that the app uses expensive subscription. Let us know that it is paid from the start!
Not even worth that €1 for trial
This concept is great. But: 1. Not working atm. I have to do all the lessons from befinning every day. The app forces me to start every day from lesson 1 then lesson 2 ... This does not work. 2. Customer care does not work. They closed my ticket saying: It was not solved, but we are working on it. After 12 days they recommeded me to delete the app and lose all my data put in so far. Guys, I do not have time for this. I asked also for compensation (credit for their subscription) for all the time spent solving their bugs. And? They send me a link for formular where I can beg for it. Guys, I do not have time for this. I want to use working app.
I started to use, didn’t like, so stopped using it after few days..and now they charged 129€ from my card!!! Riddiculous!!
I started the Noom journey in the begging of February, my goal was mainly to change my food lifestyle, to be clear what’s better to eat, and what in moderation. This program also provides some psychological tricks and tips about physical activity. I can proudly say, that from the moment I started the journey until this day I lost 14 kg! But I have an issue with it... it’s not transgender (by that, I mean more nonbinary) friendly. There is only two options to choose your identity: male and female. I understand if it was for program purpose (for determination the better way to lose my weight), but I don't want to have in my profile nor male, not female. As a person, who identifies as agender, it’s pretty was discomfortable when I only started the journey. It would be wonderful, if at least this point will be private from everyone. That’s my only issue. Through I continue working with this app and a program.
It s not working. It s annoying and boring. If you stop using they charge you for lots of money after the trial period anyways!
