But using is an unpleasant experience. With that high of subscription price, and quite a few less-relevant features already published, it should be better. User should be able to define the default measurement units (note to product team: majority of world’s population don’t use cups and pounds but grams and litres). This makes food logging cumbersome. 

At some point user is able to modify home screen but if you miss the pop up, the setting is forever lost. 

The lessons are quite elementary. Maybe useful if user knows nothing about nutrition but quizzes about ”which has more calories, boiled potatoes or french fries?” makes you ask what am I supposed to get out of these and why am I forced or encouraged (depends how much you want to play with the app) to spend time on these. 

This to mention a few. Like said, I’d like to like the app, but can’t.

### ****- "It’s very good and I still wish it would be even better"
The app is the best life change app I’ve tried and it works. I love the funny and friendly tone of the informative lessons abd the flexible attitude it offers. Logging down your meals and the option of the treat days are the most efficient ways to loose weight and stick to it for me. I’ve even grown to enjoy the every day weigh-in even if I first thought it was unnecessary and even potentially harmful (and I still think once a week would be enough).
What I don’t like are the assumptions the app makes about me. I know how to eat healthy and I have been relatively active for years. But the app thinks I don’t move about at all and wants me to write down things to change which I have already done a long time ago. Perhaps there could be different lesson paths for different kinds of users?
As a long-time vegetarian and part-time vegan I don’t understand why I have to learn about my own diet choices especially as neither of the diets are about loosing weight! Values about animal rights cannot be compared with paleo diets, come on! 
But there are plenty of valuable lessons as well and that’s why I’m continuing with Noom.

The basic idea is good and the app works BUT they just straight up billed me 129€ without asking or approval with no notification or message of any kind. Absolutely not fine at all.

Subscription is not showing in iCloud Settings.
It also hard to cancel it from Noom website.
I tried to cancel my subscription during trial period, but only could pause it.
I wrote to the support and they cancelled my subscription only after second letter.
