won't let me sign up because the app classifies me as underweight??? Rot in hell x

I cancelled my subscription over a week ago and still have no sign of the money refunded

Only on it a week but really enjoying using this app. Very informative from both a nutritional and psychology point of view. Nice short daily well thought out and highly motivating lessons. Love the visual dashboard and ease of use. Excellent food logging and calorie counting features. All the tools one needs to assist in the weight loss/healthy eating/habit breaking journey- the rest is up to me!

I did not renew my subscription for this app, yet I’ve been charged! I did not receive notice that I was going to be charged.

Extremely disappointed in this app. I was charged for 3 packages when I had only subscribed to 1 and the support chat with a live agent was really unhelpful and was just a string of automated unhelpful responses

Even after you cancel Zoom they will continue to charge your account. Avoid this unethical money-hungry sham of a company. Apple should delete this app from their store, they are deceitful and misleading.

Puts focus upon the day to day habits around eating, thinking about food, exercising and a simple accountability measurement process. I've participated in similar processes many times before with moderate to good successes but were way more expensive than this Noom program. The proof will be in the pudding, 'pardon the pun', if I achieve the weight loss goal setting that seems to be motivating me to push myself daily to keep dropping a couple of grams.

I have followed the directions, gone to subscriptions tabs and the ‘unsubscribe’ tab has not appeared. Easy to sign up. Not so easy to leave

This is definitely not worth what I paid for it. MyFitnessPal is much better. I keep getting multiple notifications to log meals that I’ve already logged, the lessons are repeated and the barcode scanner either doesn’t work or there is no record of the food item in it. Also not focused on nutrition, mostly calories. It’s a lot of work. I’m only sticking to it because I spent a fortune on it but would much rather have gone back to MyFitnessPal.

Still being charged for a subscription cancelled 3 years ago! Give me my money back!!!
