I absolutely LOVE noom Highly recommended Life chager❤️

This course is so un-personal that in the past month I’ve used it: I ended a relationship and changed professions all while managing to keep a diet and all I got was cringy automated bot questions like “You’re doing great! Keep going!” 😅 This is clearly not worth a 100$, but don’t worry, if you try to cancel, they try to upsell a discount to 19$… You guys need new product managers, or a management that cares.

Terrible experience! I’ve signed up for a free trial period and deleted the app after several day. They kept billing me for 149$ without letting me know!

There isn't any real benefit from an app that doesn't do much, but is expensive. No analytics, scanned products are unknown etc.

I used this app and had a two week free trial. All recipes are in ounces, the ‘group’ I was added to only had people from America in it so everyone was on a way different timezone from me. The barcode scanner was useless as it didn’t recognize any food from here. My personal couch was only available on American hours so if I asked a question it would take between 12 to 24 hours for a response and if they answer was relevant to what I asked. As a person outside the states, this wasn’t helpful at all.

The disappointment with the useless method is only second to the terrible customer service. I wasted 10 months during which I lost 1.5 kilos. Then they couldn’t fix payment issues

I cancelled my subscription trough my AppleID subscriptions on my iPhone. There is a confirmation on my phone Nevertheless Noom charged me again and again. Mailed them, got the msg saying I have to do it trough the app. Done that, once you are on the subscription tab, there is a world know sign ( > ) that invites you to get more info if needed. Surprise!! By tapping the tab, you renew automatically your subscription!! Let me remind you that I cancelled it before and still you are charging my PayPal account… So, I am expecting 1) a full refund 2) excuses before all this goes viral. Brgds Fred F.

Good: Easy to log food Lesson in the first few weeks are audible Colouring system for foods instead of counting calories Bad: Buggy! Expensive Audible lessons stop a few days after you start paying For me there was too much of the bad. They did refund me.

After signing up for the trial period *only*, I discovered they charged me for a whole year automatically without my consent :-(( Please beware if you consider to take a try. My trial showed that I am actually not into their system, it doesn’t work for me, I could not stick to it and remain committed enough.

I’ve been using this app for a little over a month, and have seen results. It’s an intelligent approach to nutrition, and I think it will help me live a better life.
