The only tool that keeps me motivated
Day one can’t already log in
I just signed up. And I’m supposed to start my 14 day’s trial. Installed the software, and can’t log in. It’s so frustrating after answering so many questions and ended up not being able to use the app. So, I’m at a loss here
Don’t subscribe!
I canceled my subscription months before it was set to renew and my credit card still got charged. This is the first time this happened to me in all my app subscriptions.

I should have read the critical reviews
I am one of those gullible users who fell into the marketing trap of these businesses. For the price I paid the support staff doesn’t have access to basic user data which makes troubleshooting complicated . For instance I cant access my treat days to be applied retroactively, I asked for support and all they can tell me is to reinstall the app. Like what?!!! I asked if they can check if I even have a treat day earned (coz maybe the reason why i don't see it is because i haven’t earned it yet). Surprisingly, I was told they don’t have access to it. I just gave up…i just spent an hour trying figure this out i can’t be bothered to spend another hour like this is some rocket science
Stuck on Fill Your Profile Page forever
I was duped into trying it out for 7 days but got automatically charged $150. Now Im stuck at the profile page. The next button wont budge. Terrible app!

I am very thankful for the honest reviews here. Sorry to hear that you have experienced it first but hats off to you guys for providing warning so others won’t fall for the same mistake. I think the reviews here are enough to not proceed already. I was about to try the trial. That was a good chat and profiling though.
I’m thinking of cancelling my subscription
Day 4 of not being able to use Noom since the last update. Screen is frozen and hanging. Customer service is very poor. They keep telling me to WAIT for tech support to email me. No email. Emailed them then they said that I should wait for the app developers to fix this. It’s been 4 days people! I’m paying for 4 days of not being able to use your app!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ANSWERING
IF YOU Expect for a free app then this is not for you. you’ll just waste half an hour answering all the questions. You’ll get false hope.
