They literally stole my money!! They charged me of a program I didn’t subscribe to

BE CAREFUL! This app is a total scam!!! First, they gather as much information as they could and then they keep charging you even if you didn’t subscribe for the full period. You also cannot cancel subscription directly from Apple purchases in the settings, you need to cancel it from the app itself and it will keep saving your card details even though I paid via Apple Pay and used my debit card, they were able to save the data! And I had to block my card! Total scam!

Literally stole my money for no reason they’re not helping !

They will ask to sign up for free trial and Deduct full money and you cant cancel it! Stay away! Even if you pay, they keep on asking those silly questions. Their objective is to mint money by offering free trials with stupid articles.

I have re-installed the app 5+ times and still it doesn’t show up my plan and lists that I’m zero years old with a -6 kg , even though I’ve gone through all the questions and applied to the trial period with a monthly plan afterwards but I could’ve even start, what a fantastic user experience off the start.

I downloaded the app and paid for my subscription and they still asking to add a plan to my plan which means your trial is not for free but only cheating people

The app shifted into a different mode and interface halfway through the program, tech support tried to restore it, after having to write like 5 times to them. A week later it shifted again. So frustrating

When I first used boom back in 2014, it was not as much a money-focused as as it is now. You used to be able to log your food for free. You used to get target calorie intake for free. You used to get a daily breakdown of your calorie intake (red/orange/green). Now? You can’t even get a free trial.
