The app in itself is great, loads of different learnings, from healthier options to activity boosts to better psychological tricks to help change your mindset. 
However, whenever I asked to speak with a human coach the response comes after 3 days on average, so that part is not practical at all. I fell off the wagon and had to pick myself up.

It lores you in at first. It asks a billion questions and you’ll think “oh that’s nice”.
But no personalization whatsoever. They gave me the exact same set of generic bad written articles they gave my friend and we’re completely different.

Noom does nothing but ask you to track your weight, read a few articles, and log your food. App has technical issues which neither Noom or Apple are taking accountability for. Customer Service is absolute garbage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. You will get no value for your money.

The biggest disappointment was when I stopped the subscription, all my achievements and progress was lost. At least they should allow you to access the information you already paid for! 
Plus when I changed phones, all previous information was not carried through, even though my email was still registered. Have no intention to put more money into it ever! Nor would recommend to anyone else!

This is the most useless app that I’ve signed up for a trail for. At first, I was actually enjoying the Articles i was asked to read but I’ve figured that they don’t offer any personalized programs/ anything special which is completely useless. I signed up for a trail which was actually a “paid” one for some reason- It costed 19$ for the trial and i have not chosen any option such as to save my card details neither auto-subscribe when my trail comes to an end, nor was I notified by those scammers that this will happen automatically.

I got shocked they auto-renewed my subscription without my approval and that they saved my card details and deducted 159$ from my accounts without prior permission just because they claim they are an “auto-renewing website” and when i contacted their support they denied the fact that it was without permission and that the notifying email might have been directed to my “Spam” emails- which again, IS NOT MY PROBLEM. 
Anyway, just writing this so that people don’t make the same mistake i did. Don’t trust them, don’t download this app and don’t purchase any “trails” - If for any simple reason it would be because it’s completely USELESS.

Did not work for me. You need to read articles they collected and keep sending. Not much value really. Zero motivation. More of a diary than a proper program. They also use tactics to ensure they can bill especially the first bill so be really careful before you subscribe. They will send emails once you first subscribe for a couple of days and then stop sending emails and rely on the in app communication. It seems this is to make you forget about the upcoming subscription payment which comes soon and then it hits you when you get the charge notice from the credit card company. They did not send a pre-charge notification and it seems make their money from these tactics.

I normally ignore all these apps but gave this a whirl. For an effective weight loss programme it really works. There is a lot of useful information. However, the audio lessons include far too much homer simpson stand-up quirky unfunny comments which to anyone mildly educated is severely offputting. Thankfully you can read the lesson or I would delete it. Its unprofessional annoying and intentional. Roughly 20% of every lesson is one liner jokes and stupid cheap comedy clown type humour to take up space. Infuriating mindless garbage. Like we dont have enough of that already from social media.
