I didn’t recieve an item on the noon 15 and I can’t chat to anyone cause the bot keeps telling me to update the app. When I already updated. And I can’t call.

Worst customer service!
So I was in Dubai, I ordered some stuff to bring them back home with me, and they have an option for next day delivery (for extra charge of 10 AED) so I chose that, the order was supposed to be delivered a day before my flight, IT DIDNT. On the same day of my flight, I called the customer service, told them the case, that the order was delayed and I had to get my stuff before leaving to the airport, they said THEY HAVE NO CONTACT WITH THE DELIVERY, THEY DID NOTHING! I left to the airport without receiving the order, worst online shopping platform I’ve ever tried!

I just deleted this app because i used to order everyday twice from 2 different locations and usually the app track my location Today I order for me and my colleagues but the app didn’t change my location I tried to cancel to got refund They didn’t send refund I deleted it and order from talabat
