Niciodată nu am reușit păstrez alimentația sănătoasă, acum cu aplicația Nootoric mă simt disciplinată, e sentimentul ala când eram micuță și mama îmi spunea ce să fac, mă simt mai sigură pe mine, și daca as ceda tentațiilor alimentare, aș simți ca o dezamăgesc pe mama, iar asta mă face să fiu atentă și să vreau să am grijă de mine!

Sunt foarte incantata de planul pe care l-ai primit, in concordanta cu nevoia mea. ☑️Nutriționistul foarte profi, disponibil si mereu atent la pozele încărcate. ☑️Aplicatia este intuitiva, practica (am o lista cu are merg la cumparaturi, cu sugestii din partea nutriționistului disponibilita direct in aplicatie) ☑️Gama variata de retete, cu valori nutriționale specificate ☑️Zona de live chat este de asemenea un atuu. Imi place ca-mi pot lua informatiile in timp real

Cea mai buna alegere in procesul meu de slabire 😉 O aplicatie unde regasesc dieta adecvata stilului meu, cu retete delicioase, usor de facut, cu care slabesc fara senzatia de foame sau pofta de dulce si cu suport constant din partea unui nutritionist.

Un program minunat
Am inceput cu scepticism si am continuat cu bucurie atunci cand am vazut feedbackul fain primit dupa fiecare masa. Mi-a placut mult interactiunea din chat si sfaturile utile primite, cat si incurajarile. Simt ca m-au ajutat sa continui si sa imi ating scopul. ♥️🥰Multumiri
