Det er overhovedet ikke ok at når man bliver lovet IKKE at skulle blive pålagt et gebyr på kr 50.00 hvergang man overfører imellem sine konto på tværts af landegrænse DK/SV. Og så efterfølg. Selv skal rette henvendelse (hvis man kan få en bankrådgiver til det) for at få beløbet tilbageført. Helt ærligt; kom nu ind i kampen Nordea! (Jeg har bedt om dette utal af gange nu - men overvejer at skifte bank) Claus Dennis

Nordea has the worst service ever. Their phone lines are always atleast 20 minutes long. They don’t give clear answers and if they do it’s usually incorrect. I had an employee tell me that i would get my bank account (which i’ve already waited 2 months for) 3 days ago, but i have yet to hear a single thing from either that employee or Nordea. I would not recommend Nordea to my worst enemy.

All in all en god app! Jeg mangler en af jeres tidlige funktion hvor man kunne trække et konto til et andet for at hurtigt lave overførelse mellem de konti. Jeg har skrevet flere gange siden den nye version kom ud, men har ikke fået svar, og mangler fortsat den gode funktion!

The current app is really nice and works well😀 however there is a room for improvement. It would be really helpful for the customers to know the actual usable balance at real time. The app doesn’t reflect account balance considering the transactions which are made e.g. using Debit card but they are not yet booked/finalised by merchants. These transactions could be shown as reserved or earmarked transactions and the account balance can be reduced accordingly as the spent amount is going to be reduced from balance soon.
