The app puts the entire bank in the palm of your hand, enabling you to do most of your banking swiftly, smoothly and securely. You can test the demo version of the app without logging in. You can access it through Menu before logging in. All information in the demo version is fictitious. Examples of what you can do in the app: YOUR OVERVIEW In the Overview tab, you can view and manage all your finances in one place. You can add, hide or rearrange the order of your content to personalise your experience. Quick actions take you straight to several functions, such as Search, helping you find what you need. If you have other banks, you can also add them to get a better overview of your finances. PAYMENTS AND TRANSFERS Pay your bills and transfer money, both between your own accounts or to a friend. It is possible to transfer money from another bank from your own account if you have one in a different bank. Here, you can also add and manage both e-invoices and direct debits, simplifying your everyday life. MANAGE YOUR CARDS Connect cards and wearables to Apple Pay for contactless payments. If you forgot your PIN-code, you can view it here. You can also block your card if needed, and we’ll send you a new one automatically. Choose the geographic areas where your credit card can be used and by restricting use for online shopping so you can feel safer and better control of your payments. SAVINGS AND INVESTMENTS It’s easy to keep track of your savings and see how they are performing. Start saving monthly, trade in funds and stocks, or set a goal for your savings. Get suggestions and ideas for new investments through Find Investments. DISCOVER NEW PRODUCTS AND SERVICES In the Services tab, you can open different accounts, apply for credit cards or loans, get digital advice for long-term savings, and much more. Har konto i Melhusbanken, Sparebank 1 og DNB, men valgte å ha kontoer i Danske bank av den grunn. Deres mobilbank er ikke like overskiklig og ikke like brukervennlig. I Danske bank kunne jeg også føre penger mellom kredittkort til hvilken som helst konto på bare et tastetrykk. -- Midt på treet fornøyd., 2024-12-11 ### **--- "Denne mobil/nettbank kan absolutt bli bedre" Jobbet med økonomi/regnskap i ca 40 år, og har hatt flere banker som jeg har jobbet mot. Her får man ikke restsaldo frem etter hver fremtidige regninger som er lagt inn i oversikten. Jeg overfører fra sparekontoen først når det blir manko. Jeg har faste overføringer mellom kontoene (fra lønn, til sparing, fra sparing til lønn, og så fra lønn til regningskontoen) ca 2 ganger i måneden til fast dato. Det skulle ha vært en egen side hvor kun dine faste overføringer vises, så man får en oversikt. Oppdager nå at en overføring har ikke kommet med fra DB. Men går man inn på kvitteringer ser man kun sitt eget navn både på til og fra, og ikke kontonummeret. Dette er kun litt av frustrasjonen, men det kommer nok mer. Håpløst å få hjelp på chat eller mobil, regn med å vente i en time. Har gitt opp flere ganger da man har andre ting å gjøre. En regning som hadde forfall på mandag, gikk ikke før tirsdag, selv om denne var lagt inn ca 2-3 uker tidligere. Og på oversikten på mandagen sto det kun reservert beløp og i Til konto feltet, stod det «registrert kid» ikke noe navn eller konto. Har blitt bortskjemt med nettbanken til Danske Bank (90%bedre) og har Sparebank1 (50% bedre) så håper Nordea kan ta steget videre i sin utvikling. Er håpløst å måtte ta frem kalkulatoren igjen for å få oversikt! -- Breavestone, 2024-12-11 ### **--- "Fra Danske Bank til ???"
