I like the safety and security of NordPass but I dread the time it takes to set up. 
The instructions are not intuitive to me and I am slow and have to look up, often so slow the sites time out on me.
This problem is mostly my advanced age but NordPass could do better by giving clear instructions ( and less boasting about the product).

Tous mes mots de passes sont classés par dossier et lorsque j’arrive au travail, il est beaucoup plus simple d’ouvrir le dossier Travail que de naviguer parmi tous les mots de passes.

App is somewhat functional but having lots of glitches between glitches causing full mobile sign outs and issues with the standalone extension.

The support is really awful, you’ll get a new agent with each reply in email and they won’t read what the prior one had said and ask the same questions multiple times or ask things that are nonsensical or have been ruled out out in prior emails. It feels like you’re talking to a bot and not a human. 12 emails later I’m told “oh it’s a known issue” why did it take 12 emails from all those different agents to tell me that. Soured me completely looking elsewhere now for replacement app.

Every 2-3 days the extension will randomly disconnect and then you have to go into nord pass and re-login through the web page. Problem is that if nordpass is your default password manager you have to manually go into google or keychain to retrieve your nordaccount password (since mine is a 22 char random password). This is extremely annoying when you need to need access your passwords right away.
