I signed up to NordPass two years ago and got the deal it's always on. After two years and having auto-renewal on by mistake, I got charged for another year at the full price, two weeks before notice. I was planning on switching to the family plan because I got my family also using it, and it made sense, and before I got the chance to make the switch I got charged. After a few back and forths with the support and no solution other than a rigid response and a link to the ToS policy, with 0 understanding and no simpathy, I have to pay the full year, which is almost the same amount as the family deal. Apparently it's "impossible" to either get a refund, or a manual migration to the family plan. Give me a break. Very poor experience. I will be going over to onepassword, as I should have initially. Knowing how they lock you in with their "ToS" I am not recommending this product at all.

Super app, really helpful, but no function to autofill on windows browser, so copy paste is a must. Also, for the iPhone app, it offers the Face ID recognition to open, but it doesn’t work after selecting. Is there a bug fix here? It’s almost perfect and I recommend to all my colleagues. Please fix!

When you need it - you are logged out. I want it to be predictable on phone. The same issue as with NordVpn - paying the premium but it annoys the soul out of me with all the log outs. Keep it so and I’ll downgrade to one star. Today I’ve down voted you to one star. WHY SO MANY LOGOUTS?!
