Love shopping on line and picking up at store. The store is close to my house so that helps!

When it comes time to purchase a new item for my daughter or for me my go-to, most favorite app and store is Nordstrom! The selection, quality and ease of navitgation through out the app is of utmost quality and ease! Thank you Nordstrom!

Nordstrom always has quality items and no hassle returns. The website is intuitive and helps with efficient browsing. By far my favorite place to shop !!

When you call and want to speak with someone it’s impossible , They r so rude and talking all over you the customer don’t have a chance to explain anything . they r nasty , rude and disrespectful . Then it hard to understand some because they don’t speak very clear, broken English!! And then they want to be rude and ugly to you, This is the worst customer care service I have ever experienced .

Fraud on my gift card. Already used at Nordstrom without the access code. Christina , Jolene, and Lanae who said they were supervisors told me I have to investigate it with CVS where it was fraudulently copied. Really?? Jolene even connected me with CVS. No more is Nordstrom a premier service store. What happened to customer service. I cancelled my card after 25 years.

You guys make shopping so easy. I love that I can get points/cash by shopping with Nordstrom. And happy you sell many of the top designer brand items. I am and have been a loyal customer for some time now.

I love shopping at Nordstrom. I am always happy with the merchandise. I like the sale associates presentations and the delivery services are excellent.

My default shipping address always gets question with a suggested address that is completely different. If I don’t pay attention it auto populates to the suggested one and I don’t receive a package. That is on me if there’s that mistake. However ONTRAC is the worst! I have never had to deal with such incompetency and I know a lot of customers share my same sentiment. They are a terrible courier service. I really wish Nordstrom would do better there.
