Worked for a few months after i bought a year subscription and then stopped.

The app is unresponsive, VPN service is not steady and doesn’t work in some locations. No customer support what so ever.

Dont waste your money

Worst app ever ever wont connect at all even though i paid for it

NOT WORKING

i have subscribed for a month on my iphone and it didn’t work for any server. I am currently in China and it’s not connecting to any working servers

Lack of understanding

I signed up for NordVPN while I was in the UK and it worked fine. However, after transferring my job to Egypt, I couldn't access my account or use the VPN service for over a year. Despite contacting numerous support agents, my issue was consistently overlooked. Elodia Malo was the only agent who genuinely tried to resolve my issue, providing clear instructions and demonstrating empathy. Unfortunately, Julio Maldonado refused to refund my auto-renewal for two more years, showing a lack of attention to my situation. This experience has been highly frustrating, and I would caution others considering NordVPN if you might need to use it in Egypt.

It doesn’t work! No response after contacting!

This app does not work at all. It does not connect and when it is constantly trying to connect all of my phone is shut down and very slow. I have tried to contact 3 times and no response at all from this company. I paid for a whole year. I want a refund because there are other apps that work. According to your response the link you give for chat support will not open, it says that there is an SSL error and a secure connection cannot be made. I also do not use X (formerly twitter) to contact you. And why doesn’t any one answer emails? I have sent 3, and you can see here review after review that the app does not work and the same complaint, no answer to emails. So this is a scam. I am going to have Apple remove you app from the App Store. And others here with the same complaint whether it be Apple or Google Play should do the same.

Always have problems

I always had issues whether for simply logging into my account or even active the vpn. Every time i have to use their services i end up being in a bigger mess than the one i am trying to fix. Make yourself a favor and do not pay for this. They spend all of their money on sponsoring youtubers instead of fixing their broken service. Would give 0 stars if i can, and i am cancelling my subscription right now.

The VPN doesn’t work at all! money is gone.

I got the 1 year subscription but the VPN doesn’t work at all. The customer service don react to any email. No help and my money is gone for a von that doesn’t work

Not working since the first purchase

I purchased this like some hours ago and it didn’t work i contact with customer service and they nake every possible way to make it work and bot working and nw i purchased a year and i want to get my money back i have all the proofs with screenshots

Didn’t work

After I installed the app and paid the annual subscription it didn’t connect at all even after trying all VPN protocols and trying to reset the VPN configuration. Please I need help or please refund my annual subscription fees back
