Since the update three days ago, it drops the Wi-Fi network when in idle mode

I disabled the autorenewal, but for some reason this is turned on and they charge me another 18€ month and they dont want to give me the refund bcs of policy :)

It's amazing how fast the internet is even with vpn, I love NordVPN, I recommend it to everyone!!!

A “They basically would not let me cancel.” story

I used this service before. But now after a few days of struggle I’ve decided to request refund. Never happened. Then requestd account deletion. Never happened. Then I was charged again for a montly sub. Obviously outraged… Then finally the customer service replied, I was refunded. Still I think it was misshandled, but at the end, they’ve managed to -at least- refund me. I’m only dissapointed for the fact, that it took so long. Might give it another shot later, but definitley not soon.

Can't log in

I have been using NordVPN for years now. I like it, I use it both on my iPhone and my laptop. I need vpn for my work and to keep in touch with friends/family in my home country. The last few month I have encountered the same problem many times. Sometimes the app logs me out and then I cannot log in. I can log in on my laptop no issues, but on my phone nothing happens. I tried deleting the app and then downloading it again but nothing helps. I'm very unhappy because of this issue I am waiting to talk to my family for days...

Offline 90% of the time.

My first time using a VPN and I don’t know if it’s normal, but I can’t access the web most of the time, unless I disconnect the VPN or uninstall the app. It has been a disaster with work as I haven’t received many important messages in time, nor to mention meetings. I spent a whole day without internet, till I realized that it was the … VPN causing the problem.

The worst that I have ever experienced with… Blocks everything (surfing, streaming, or even texting…) You need to swithch it off for couple of minutes when want/need to pay online, otherwise it wont let you do it…. Catastrophy…
