Disappointed
The product was fine, however customer support is lacking. I purchased the product with the intention of using for just 1 month while travelling. No payment reminders are sent and you can’t manage your billing through the app. I had to search the FAQs on the website and login through the webpage for instructions on how to stop billing but I was unable to cancel in time and payment was still deducted from my account. The ‘customer support’ have refused to refund or provide any resolution for the extra period I was billed for. I feel deceived and therefore will find another service next time I require a VPN.
Subpar
Have been using now for over 4 years. Service and customer support a long with real world speed has declined substantially. Trialled another platform that was 40% faster to the same external server. Constant login issues and disconnected make this product far from superior as advertised. Buyer beware
Not automatic
The VPN is not working on my device. I got it so I could watch SBS Australia shows but something is preventing this and it’s beyond me to fix. Further, I’m prevented from having a nickname that clearly signals I’ve had a problem
Useless
Just installed it upon recommendation by a friend. Can’t sign up for it though, it keeps telling me ‘sorry, unexpected error at our end. Try again later’. How’s that for service?

I can't recommend Nord highly enough. I use it to watch overseas TV and it can stay connected for days. I never have any issues with Nord.
