I’m extremely dissatisfied with NordVPN’s service and feel cheated. They activated auto-renewal without my knowledge and charged me for an additional month’s subscription. It’s disappointing that they prioritized a single month’s fee over retaining a long-term customer.
Impossible to cancel renewal. You need to cancel card.

Bought NordVPN for my trip to China where internet access to platforms are blocked by the CCP. Did not work as advertised on their webpage and thus will be requesting a refund.

Ruined my iPhone and Mac
This app entirely ruined my iPhone and Mac, now they don’t get connected to internet if I turn off Nord VPN. I guess this is a trick used by the Nord VPN to push people to renew subscriptions?

It does NOT work in china AT ALL. If ur trying access google in china good luck if ur using this app. Pls Nordvpn please, at least let me use it in china I mean that’s what most people buy this for
