Die Anwendung wird zusätzlich zu den amtlichen Auskunftsportalen der Bundesländer betrieben und liefert erste allgemeine Informationen über den Grundstücksmarkt.
Amtliche Auskünfte über Bodenrichtwerte und weitere Daten der Gutachterausschüsse bleiben ausdrücklich den jeweiligen Landesportalen und den örtlich zuständigen Gutachterausschüssen vorbehalten!

They keep deducting money after I cancel the subscription. Please read through the reviews that so many people have same issues like me! Please refund my payment!!!
胡亂扣款，是詐騙？系統問題？還是爛客服？
2024 10月購買 被重複扣款兩次，寫信去客服 （都已讀不回） 當下也確認 沒有續訂 結果 11 月 及12 月 還在扣款 有夠扯（該公司的網站也顯示只扣款10月一次） 已反應apple 客服 銀行 及報警 下載的人 自行斟酌
試用一個月就點選取消訂閱了，居然沒有確實協助客戶將帳戶取消訂閱繼續扣款！非常糟糕👎

If traveling to China, use SurfShark… it works everywhere, including China.
尚有改善空間
希望能有檔廣告開關設置功能，不然老是得關掉實在麻煩。
已付費卻顯示依舊未調閱
感覺很差 已購買一個月 顯示未付費。要求退款 完全不能用。
他會盜刷你的信用卡
我認可這個app他很穩定。但他會盜刷你的信用卡並且擅自幫你續訂下個月，我本來就是購買1個月，要購買第二個月也應該是我自己去下定刷卡，但是NordVPN會自動幫你刷卡，app有沒有地方讓我取消，這是一個很好用又很危險的app!
爛到爆炸的程式
去年4月到中國出差下載付費一次月費試用，什麼都連不到毫無用處就直接刪除，從未同意過自動續訂就被自動扣款！apple訂閱扣款也看不到任何紀錄就一路扣款19個月至今！！！那麼爛的程式請不要端給消費者真的笑死人，還要額外登錄網站取消訂閱根本強盜，請不要說你們的程式很好用，毫無用處爛程式強盜一般的訂閱條款！

提醒各位消費者，在購買NordVPN會員服務前，務必仔細閱讀相關購買條款。不要僅因為看到官網宣稱「30天內無條件全額退款」就輕易下單，特別是透過Apple App Store購買的用戶，更需要注意退款流程的限制。 根據實際經驗，如果您使用Apple付款並申請退款，一旦被Apple拒絕，您再向NordVPN尋求協助，往往會遭到推諉。他們並未積極處理退款問題，反而一再要求用戶自行與Apple交涉。 然而，根據我與Apple客服的確認，消費者付款的會員費用最終是撥付給NordVPN公司的。這也意味著，NordVPN有能力直接退款給消費者，但他們選擇不這麼做，無視自己的「30天退款承諾」。 因此，建議所有計劃購買NordVPN會員服務的消費者，在下單前務必三思，避免事後因退款問題而遭受不必要的困擾。
