Won't let me log in again
Hi - I'm trying to log back in but it w pl nt allow me. I'm currently paying for the services I can not get. Why can I not log in anymore?? Help 🆘
We can’t log you in right now
I keep getting this messages each time I try to use my vpn today “We can't log you in right now Sorry, unexpected error at our end. Please try again later” I have tried all day still the same… WHATS GOING ON?
I’ve been logged out for over a month now
I keep wanting to log into my account in the UAE but an error saying “ we can’t log you in right now. Sorry, unexpected error at our end. Please try again later. “ this has been happening for the past month. What’s going on??
NOT WORKING
I used for sometime , it was working well initially , after a week its became slow and now i renewed ,its completely stoped working .
Issues with app
App won’t let me sign in or sign up. Repeated error message asking to try again later for weeks now
Buy if you want to get ROBBED
I bought the 3 years subscription for quite an expensive price because I thought it was worth it as it is sold as the best VPN on the market. DON’T make the same mistake. The VPN does not worked at all!! Either it won’t connect. If by any chance it does connect, the internet is so slowed and you don’t have access to anything. Now even worse the app is always logging me out and it’s is not allowing me to log in again. It showing for now 3 days in a row “Sorry, unexpected error at our end. Please try again later.” I tried to contact the support team to solve the problem or get a refund but it’s not allowing me either because I can’t connect and log in. What a joke.
Unreliable.
Unable to login for few days. Comes back with "It's the problem at our end, try later". Tried deleting and re-installing to no avail.
Doesn’t work
Stopped working within a week of paying for a one year subscription. Contacted support on instagram where I was asked to change DNS settings but still the app does not log in to my account saying it is an error at their end!
