Svindyrt i forhold til uber så sånn blir det bare
Men, ypperlig sjåfør!
Upålitelige sjåfører
Norgestaxi i Oslo har åpenbart problemer med en del av sine biler og sjåfører. 1. Stort sett umulig p bolle på formiddag og ettermiddag grunnet «for stor etterspørsel» (…) 2. Sjåførene er veldig glad i å plutselig kansellere turer, da kan man ikke som kunde kansellere hele bestillingen i appen, og er låst til at Norgestaxi har andre sjåfører som vil kjøre del turen. Det er dessverre ikke en selvfølge at de har. Da sitter kundene i saksa gitt, elendig kundeopplevelse. 3. Sjåfører som ikke finner frem (typ Nydalen i Oslo) Alt i alt blir konklusjonen av disse at mange av sjåførene i Norgestaxi ikke bryr seg en døyt om kundene sine.

Får ikke lagt inn bankkort/kredittkort
Har nå snakket med dem på telefon og har sendt e-post med screenshots for å illustrere problemet. Ble utestengt fra mobilbank og nettbank som et resultat av gjentatte forsøk… Det var jo heldigvis lett å ordne. Får derimot ikke svar fra NorgesTaxi med løsning på app-problemet. Vel, vi har heldigvis flere taxiselskaper i Bergen med velfungerende apper så jeg skal nå klare meg :) Uber har vi også fått! :D

Ok app, rævva selskap
Appen fungerer helt ok den, i teorien. Men når du bestiller taxi, får bekreftelse på at den er på vei OG får registreringsnummer på bilen som skal hente deg, kan du ende opp med å få den avbestilt i siste liten og havne bakerst i taxikøen. Så hvis dere er glad i å få det dere bestiller anbefaler jeg å bruke hvilke som helst andre taxi apper enn denne :-)
Måtte betale dobbelt :(
Bestilte bil og venta i 20 min på Karl Johan med drøss ledige taxis som svinsa rundt. Til slutt trykka jeg på «avbestill» og tok en annen NorgesTaxi. I det jeg har betalt med kort og går ut av taxien så ringer den opprinnelige taxien meg og lurer på hvor jeg er (etter 30 min!) og sier jeg må betale både ham og han som kjørte oss hjem (vel vitende om at vi venta på en annen NorgesTaxi). Trodde dette var best i test, men aldri mer!
Norgestaxi dukker aldri opp i Oslo! Styr unna selskapet!
Bor i Oslo. Bestiller alltid taxi dagen før og fikk ordrebekreftelse på epost. De dukket ikke opp! Igjen! Dette skjedde også sist gang. Kundeservice på telefon kunne ikke hjelpe og svarte bare at "det er få bilder i området nå". 40 minutter etter avtalt tid hadde de fortsatt ikke funnet bil. Sist gang dette skjedde tok jeg kontakt med kundeservice på epost og de lovet å korriger seg, men den gang ei. Måtte ta et senere fly. Styr unna Norgestaxi i Oslo.
Drivers can cancel whenever
Booking a cab using gps making sure it is correct address. Drivers either accept and then decline the pickup so I have waited up to 90min!! for a pickup with multiple accept / rejects. If a driver accepts the pickup they should be forced to complete the call. Useless phone service doesn't help. And when a cab actually accept for good, they usually call for few 100 meters away because they can't be bothered to drive to your actual position.
