The app is horrible. The payment system constantly fails and then you need to scan the QR code again only to have the payment now work. You can’t just plug in and charge. You need to tell them how much you’re gonna use. I dunno man just use what I have in my account. If I have 7$ in my account just keep charging until I spend 7$. Like why do I need to use a slider to choose how much I want. Also the fact that I can’t add more time to my charging from the app. I need to go back and scan the QR code like MY DUDE it’s 2025. Look at Circuit Electric and how they run their app. OMG so much better. Honestly I cannot wait to delete this app from my phone I’m physically ill from using it. I needed to use it because it was at the hotel I was staying at in Burlington. I PROMISE you I’m letting them know it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with my EV. Also, you claim 7.5kW and it’s only delivering 6 which is annoying because it takes longer but also when it calculates how much / how long it will take it charge and I pay for my 6 hours when the 6 hours is up I am not where I wanted to be for charge I NEED TO GO BACK to the car to add more time to scan the QR code again on the device. Honestly I cannot express how bad this experience has been. I honestly wish I didn’t install it and just went to nearby Tesla charger. Just awful. -- jswizzy19, 2025-05-18 [View all NorthCharge reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to NorthCharge - [BlueBox](https://apptail.io/app/bluebox-Mpnb/canada) - [HIEV Canada](https://apptail.io/app/hiev-canada-mJzj/canada) - [RE - Real Estream Pro](https://apptail.io/app/re-real-estream-pro-Iuqm/canada) - [Avante Argus](https://apptail.io/app/avante-argus-HOgn/canada) - [Evolute](https://apptail.io/app/evolute-jKtn/canada) - [GoCan - Presence Manager](https://apptail.io/app/gocan-presence-manager-srTt/canada) - [Bustrak](https://apptail.io/app/bustrak-wyTt/canada) - [ONX Connect](https://apptail.io/app/onx-connect-Pcww/canada) - [FareBoost](https://apptail.io/app/fareboost-eZIw/canada) - [DashCharger](https://apptail.io/app/dashcharger-QfTx/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
