C a not make larger. Bill pay pretty much useless -- PatLaWh, 2024-12-31 ### *---- "Terrible" This new app they switched to is horrible. You don’t see transactions being taken out of your account for 3-5 days making it extremely difficult to figure out the balance in your account. It’s nearly 2025, this is unacceptable & I’m seriously considering changing banks because of this. -- RGTOD, 2024-12-29 ### *---- "Terrible app!" This new banking app is like the old one with less convenience. People would like to see what’s coming in and out of their accounts without a 3 day delay like the old app did. Read the all of the reviews and you’ll see everyone hates its. The handful of 5 star reviews are not genuine and probably company plants attached to making the terrible decision of switching to this new app, most like to save money. -- EetzaFish, 2024-12-26 ### *---- "Terrible" Why fix what wasn’t broken? This new app is horrible. Doesn’t alert when you make a transaction, doesn’t show transactions day by day on account and only shows transactions on a weekly basis. Not great for security. Absolutely the worst. Got nowhere with the bank. -- LiSulli, 2024-12-25 ### ***** "Thoughtful Upgrade" I like the modern layout of the new app and that I can create groups for my accounts -- Amkefajznx, 2024-12-18 ### *---- "Terrible" This change over has been terrible. The delay to see recent transactions is sometimes days, not allowing customers to have an accurate picture of their account balance. -- Ashanne412, 2024-12-12 ### ***** "LOVE THE UPGRADE" Love this upgrade! Great job Northern Bank! -- Walls!!!!, 2024-11-15 ### ***** "It’s an online banking app" This app is a major upgrade from the old app for both my personal and (especially) my business account. But, let’s be real- it’s a banking app- it’s not life-changing. -- Skacore99, 2024-11-15 ### *---- "The worst bank app!" This app is useless unless you just want to look at how much is in your account. It doesn’t even let you pay a bill through the app!!!!! I never paid a bill via computer, just on the app. And now it’s a hastle to find a computer to pay my bills. Bring back the old app where you can actually pay a bill via app. Come on it’s 2024 almost 2025; all banks have apps where you can pay a bill from. But not northern bank! It’s not a user friendly system!!! The old app was great- you were able to pay bills, transfer money, lock cards, and so much more. This new one is a waste to have it even in your phone. If I could give a lower start rating I would. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Please fix this disaster of an app! -- Fallb4youflysws, 2024-11-13 ### *---- "Not an upgrade" Old app was so much better. Not sure why they are calling this an “upgrade”. Terrible decision on Northern Bank’s part to replace something that actually worked with this terrible app. Very disappointing! -- Dantheman4646, 2024-11-04 [View all Northern Bank Mobile Banking reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Northern Bank Mobile Banking Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/northern-bank-mobile-banking-SpZt/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/northern-bank-mobile-banking-SpZt/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
