Bank securely and with confidence. Our banking app uses the same high level of security as our online banking. You log in to the app with the same membership details as online banking and once you log out or close the app, your secure session will end.

To take advantage of the full functionality of this app, you must already be registered and have logged in to Online Banking.

There is no charge for the app but mobile data and Internet charges may apply. Check with your mobile phone provider for details.

I do not understand why it takes 25-30 minutes to send an etransfer. Every other bank is instant.

December 31 I was charged$4  for service charges and then I was looking at my savings December 29th  I was charged $10 for transferring money into my own account. Please make sure and check your account to see how much Northern credit union is taking from you without sending you a letter or even notification that they’re digging around in your savings be aware of this company end of this app. I was recently told they can take up to $25 out of your savings account for transaction fees and even though transaction there till still taking five dollars out of my savings account account every month I’m curious as well as I’m a disabled client. I wasn’t told or warned that there was an extra charge in your savings account when transferring fees from your savings to your checking. I have $480 that was taken out of my account without my permission or my knowledge meant in the last year for transaction fees that were up to $$20 for each transaction I make I’m disgusted as this behaviour as a person that holds an M federal government and is recognized as a disabled person. I am confused why my joint account person wasn’t notified of the problem that I was having or it wasn’t mentioned to myself. I’m with the service dog and I’m not able to run up there every time they have a problem, but I would’ve like to be that I wasn’t able to make more than one transaction from your savings to your checking because you will be penalized with $20 every time you do it I think acts like this should have instructions on telling you on what you’re doing wrong but unfortunately, it doesn’t and it is costing me ever dealing with Northern credit union again because in one month I will be moving all my GICs, my savings and my checking to new banking institution like RBC that doesn’t charge outrageous prices to top up your account. And they are notified and recognize me as a disabled client and called to check up on me. And have me come in their office so they can explain to me things that I am doing wrong or things I need help with disable people shouldn’t have to jump through these types of scams that Northern credit union is offering.

App keeps telling you “Error Processing Your Request. Please Try Again Later” 83 times a day. Praying this gets fixed soon especially if developers are getting paid to keep this working properly.

The app is so slow and constantly have to force close and reboot multiple times to do any banking task. New update recently and I thought things would be better but now I can’t see my balances or login comon ncu get with the times.

I find there are too many taps compared to the regular online system where all your bills are on a default payment account and the list of your bills come up on one screen. This allows for you to input all at the same time not one bill at a time
