## Northern Quest Resort & Casino Reviews in United States

### **--- ":("
Hotel rate calendar stopped working about a week ago. :(
-- Jdbeet, 2024-06-27

### **--- "Glitches on iPhone a lot"
Really glitchy and updates are infrequent
-- JamH19, 2024-06-27

### **--- "Fail"
I’ve had this app since it was released, loved that I could track my points and comps. It was a little glitchy and crashy, but would eventually get you from point A to point B. I love that patrons can use it to easily located their camas number on the card in their profile, so they can earn points on each purchase, like they should.
In the last week or so it hasn’t been loading, so I updated it. Now, as I enter my Camas Number and Pin, it says “restricted” and a few minutes later “your player number or pin is incorrect. You have 2 more attempts remaining” and now I feel annoyed that I probably have to go to the casino to have it figured out. I wanted to see my rates for the rooms.

### *---- "Smoking"
Absolutely appalling that you allow smoking still
-- alexbran1, 2023-07-18

### **--- "Glitchy"
Hardly ever works and there are zero updates to help fix it
-- EH265, 2023-02-01

### *---- "App Doesn’t Work!!!"
I’ve had the app for a few months and it worked when I first downloaded it but since my pin was not activated I had to wait till I went in. So now that everything is activated and whatnot now for some reason the app will not work. I’ve uninstalled and re-installed it twice now and still nothing
-- Shortness87, 2021-01-16

### **--- "Clunky"
Like the info in it and overall, it’s a great concept but I find updates and usability to be clunky at best. Please do usability testing with a focus group first.
-- userteresa, 2019-10-02

### ***-- "Informative"
Very informative and it’s always a plus to get the extra rewards I personally never would have received otherwise. When I was using it months ago it was very glitchy and having Problem staying open but since I’ve been on it this month so it hasn’t had any issues. But you know there’s always improvements and it would be interesting to see if they can approve it once more people jump on and get involved maybe?
-- moanianu, 2019-09-28

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
The does not open or work. Waste of time
-- u4ea10, 2019-08-29

### *---- "App keeps closing"
I like the app and it telling me my rewards and offers, points, etc. but lately it closes right away every single time you open it
