I regret having an account in that bank always charge additional charges just to get you money when you think you have an amount you never have because there are always charges too bad customer service the manomanger Jeromy always treats the client as if he has no right to ask anything

Updated app but still slow

This app just keeps getting worse. I’m considering closing my account w this bank because their app just doesn’t work! It’s so frustrating!!!

Benson Location is the best!

I’m so glad that my friend Raul told me about this bank. Great time, excellent Manager “ Jerome” God bless him and the hours of operation are fantastic! By the way I’m taking about Benson Location.

Logging in

I am new to this bank and was very excited to hear that this bank also had an app (because the last bank I had did not)... regardless I am NOT a fan. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app a few different times now and even restated my iPhone and I am STILL unable to log in and view anything on the account... Very frustrating.

NO ACCESS!!!!

Just updated to version 3000.2.0 and now can't view accounts. Was working just fine prior. PLEASE PATCH ASAP!!!!!

I barely use the app because of how inconsistent it's been. Uninstalling app now, never using it again.

LOVE IT

I love that I can use Touch ID instead of having to remember a long complicated password! It's also super easy to navigate through the app and use it how I want. Easiest banking app I've ever used!
