Reviews in United States ### ****- "Need some updates" The pronto site is easy to use, but it needs some work. There are lots of items that I know the store carries but does not come up as a purchase option. -- Zmc29, 2024-04-28 ### *---- "Not showing Long Beach, California location" Please fix this. We love this store and we want this app to work with our location. The address is 4700 Cherry Ave, Long Beach, California 90807. -- AngelaSoCal, 2024-03-08 ### ***** "Great app!" Easy to use and navigate! I love this app! Makes shopping experience easy!!!! -- Aj10214, 2023-12-20 ### ***** "Love this app" I love this app, and I always place notes to ensure the representatives need a bit more details and avoid confusion. I can get a little extra with my orders so I can ensure I make their job a little easier. They call me if they run in to an issue right away and they are always so nice and attentive. -- Naddieluv, 2023-11-22 ### ***** "Mobil order" Very efficient! I was able to find everything I need loved it ! -- amendez1820, 2022-08-27 ### *---- "Let EBT users use curbside pickup" App is cool to see what items they carry and the deals of the week. What I’m not happy about is how Walmart is able to take EBT through the app yet Nothgate can’t. Until then, I’ll be shopping for groceries at Walmart. -- Alejandra Luevano, 2022-03-31 ### ****- "Great Service" I’ve had great experiences with this app. Especially some improvements that have been made with check out. The store employees shopping have done great on my orders even with produce. I look forward to using this great time saving way of shopping a lot more. -- Runpunkyrun, 2021-12-22 ### ****- "Falta producto" Tostadas la peñita -- pasculita, 2021-12-01 ### **--- "Deleted" I ordered today and went for pick up but has to pay inside. They charged me a service fee of $5 that I wasn’t even aware I had to pay. I was caught by surprise. I also was given a cart with my items. I guess I expected more of a Walmart pick up lol. Cause you order it and check in when on your way pull up and they come out within 5 min and load up your trunk and you’re good to go. Here you had to call them to let them know you’ve arrived. Obviously the convenience of not having to shop when in 9 months pregnant about to pop helped but not happy with the app. Won’t be using it anymore. -- Nessa6890, 2021-09-10 ### *---- "Extremely disappointed" I attempted to make a purchase on this app for pick up and was met with an error message during the payment process. However I just checked my credit card statement and the payment did go through but when I go to my purchase history it says I didn’t order anything. Now I have to go to the store and try to fix it. Hopefully they’re understanding and can help me because there is no online customer support. Do not use this app! -- gwendolyndaisy, 2021-07-07 [View all Northgate Market ¡Pronto! reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Northgate Market ¡Pronto!
