This app has been a disaster from day one. It crashed in front of my customers about 20% of the time, leaving me unable to take payments during busy market days.

Support kept blaming my internet — even though my provider confirmed a stable 4G connection and other systems worked fine. Despite repeated calls, the issues were never resolved.

Worst of all, I was billed every month for a system I could not use. As a small business owner, I can’t afford unreliable tools like this.

👉 If you rely on your POS to serve real customers, stay away from Northmill’s solution.
