I’m in Cancun trying to transfer money and it’s impossible to login. I won’t be able to stay in my resort unless I can transfer money. Been on the phone for hours just to get someone to transfer money and they are experiencing technical errors and it’s literally impossible for them to do something that should take seconds. My vacation is basically ruined at this point. I have all the money in the world and I can’t use it and I’ll be effectively homeless thanks to Northrims desire to value security over common sense user experience. I got a new 2022 iPad and use it only for depositing checks, and (surprise!) it problem continues.
