I have called for help, gotten hung up on disrespected, been put on hold for a long time , put on a call back and never been called back. I want to cancel my service and haven’t even been able to do that. As for your star rating I rate you 0. -- Ucking disgruntled, 2024-03-16 ### *---- "NorthStar/ADT Home Security" Totally unreliable! Cameras drop offline periodically for no apparent reason. Cameras often do not detect segments of motion. SCAM! After changing internet service, the garage camera/sensor is completely inoperable and requires a service call to “fix it” at a required fee of $150 to $200. -- #1Brendame, 2024-02-09 ### *---- "Poor services" Never anyone to chat. Call. Takes forever for someone to answer. Email no one responds back. Problems no one ever follows up. Waiting two years now and my video doorbell still not fixed. Still paying for a service that doesn’t work. 5 year contract can’t get out of unless I pay to get out. There is NOTHING good about this worthless company. Stay away they do not honor their product -- phoenixmarym, 2024-01-21 ### *---- "Poor service" This system is worthless! Multiple sensor low battery alerts even after changing the battery! The hallway fire alarm chirps even after changing the batteries! -- xmanstripe, 2024-01-12 ### *---- "None of my equipment is working properly" None of my equipment is working properly E -- Deeveria, 2023-12-13 ### *---- "Smoke and CO detectors" Do not get the smoke an CO detector. Constantly changing battery’s and the battery’s are extremely expensive. Then it stopped working and put all kinds of alarms constantly going off and you can not bypass the smoke and CO detectors. -- scott 84837, 2023-10-12 ### *---- "Not good then and now" Recently bought out by ADT and still flakey customer service and poor quality equipment -- kmontgo, 2023-08-08 ### *---- "Barely works" Consistently having to reinstall the security cameras. Lack of connection, even though internet is strong. Doorbell barely works and is delayed on notification. -- Locoolpol, 2023-07-19 ### ***-- "Good app but slow" The app is good but is too slow when I try to Arm or disarm the alarm. -- JorgeArzate, 2023-07-11 [View all NorthStar Connect reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## NorthStar Connect Discovered Keywords -
