I purchased a trial subscription for two weeks and after three days I canceled the subscription. The company charged $60 and there is no way to ask for a refund. so frustrated 😡😡😡
Does it work?
I downloaded the app with a promise of 14 days free trial in the subscription section of Apple ID it showed that it was downloaded with only 7 days of free trial, well then I tried to use the app and it only showed the choose your plan window without automatically login in or prompting login page, but after I went back and loged in it showed me an empty page with writing that I don’t have any subscription. So which one is it guys? For Norton name it’s a shame that the app isn’t useable:/ total bummer. Or we doing your qa?

The phone is turned off after about 2 days. After deactivating VPN everything works fine.
