Worse company
So first off they tried to charge me for 7day free trial which is scam of $27.99 bad app beware of this scamming app
Not protected from hackers
I have Norton on everything but my iPhone 14 is still open to malicious cyber attacks through Bluetooth and fibre internet. All apple accounts have been compromised. I have spent over $7000 on new devices and trusted Norton but even with Norton 360 I am unable to maintain a secure identity for at least 1 week. I have returned to store so many times that they give terrible customer service. Iv paid for Noel Leeming tech service to no success. I have returned my air mac to Apple to no success.

Slows down everything and costs too much When ever things go slow I check what’s taking up all the memory and cpu and it’s always Norton

Norton vpn keeps dropping out. I blocked from various safe sites that i regularly use Help help help
Unable to restore subscription
I subscribed it for a year. I opened the APP, selected the “redeem purchase” and “restore from Apple Store”. It shows “activating license” but nothing happens. It stuck on the starting page. I cannot use any function of the APP. I tried to search solution on forums and official support community, the answer is “no solution” and no offical response for the same issue.
Slows down iPhone
Very disappointing. It slows down my browsing / use of banking app to the point of being useless.
Update iOS
I have already updated my iOS as I have upgraded in phone but the app is still telling me to update my iOS. Even refreshing the page won’t make it go away, it’s making me think there is an update but it’s not showing on my phone.
