Major pain to use on boat

The app no longer supports communication with iMessage. The company is pushing you into buying an unlimited connection package in order to communicate with the members of your party. Also you must delete your VPN and turn off all basic security measures to use their WiFi services. I am burning through minutes trying to to get it functioning on my basic 150 minute package.

Awful app!

Horrible! I’d give it a negative number, if possible! How is it possible to make an updated version worse than the last one? Nightmare! Least user-friendly app I’ve ever used!

Really?

Instead of updating the old app, NCL creates a brand new app that, get this, is worse than the old app. The look is cleaner but content won’t load. Seriously, who is making these decisions at NCL!?

App won’t load

Installed on 2 iPhones and one iPad - won’t load on any of the devices. Sticking with the old version for my Dec 7 cruise.

App won't log in

Wish the app worked but I keep getting a 'whoops' message and it won't log in. It won't even open.

Won’t open

I got this app, been trying for a couple of days to get into it. I can’t sign in, I can’t see anything. All it says is Whoops, couldn’t load try again later. Seems useless to me

Slow app

App is slow and doesn’t load correctly especially when you need to check in.

It takes entirely TOO long to open.

New App Crashes

Not impressed with the new update. My app won’t even open now. I just get a white screen that looks like it’s trying to load. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Restarted my phone too. Nothing is working.

Use the Old One

App doesn’t load quickly. Missing bars and lounges. Missing spa choices. The old one is much better.
