Terrible Handling of Flight last minute Cancellation – Avoid if Possible
I wish I could give zero stars. I booked a flight with Norwegian to travel on the 22nd of December, but it was canceled few hours before, completely ruining my travel plans. Instead of rerouting me on the next available flight as required by EU Regulation 261/2004, they only offered a flight on the 24th—far too late to spend Christmas as planned. To make matters worse, they refused to book me on another airline, even though it’s their legal obligation. They also talked badly to me, giving no concrete solutions to my problem to arrive on time for Christmas. I had to pay for a new ticket myself without any guarantee of being refunded, adding unnecessary stress and financial burden during the holidays. This airline clearly disregards passenger rights and shows no concern for their customers’ well-being.
