It’s an unexpected response that shows the designer knows how the user would play/explore the app. The integration of play into something psychologically taxing like a new habit shows the designer understand what’s missing in the target audience’s life when trying to adopt a new lifestyle (fun). The new skin options to customize the app adds an emotional/uniqueness.This app is just chef’s kiss. I come here and I only see 37 ratings? Unacceptable. Also “walking” habit won’t pull Steps data from Health.
