Notability: Smarter AI Notes

I love your app and I am looking forward to seeing the new updates. The writing experience is smooth which was a dealbreaker for me. I checked goodnotes too, but I didn't regret choosing this app. Its much more manageable.

I liked the app but it just lost my data for no reason

I love this app. Befor trying it I was using goodnotes, the tape function and the easy use was the thing that did it for me BUUUUT Goodnotes 6 is better now. Still i use and love notability dont take me wrong, and if you guys would do some changes i would use it more than goodnotes - customizable color of the tape - built in AI function to ask-use while studying - customizable notebook cover - changing the fee from yearly to one purchase………. - having in app flashcard making option - support of different languages- in my case i study in hungarian and neither of the apps have hungarian language which is so bad for us fellow hungarian speakers :( - the new sticky note in goodnotes is very good Overall I love both apps and use them, but since the drop of gn6 i tend to use that one more…. I love notability and thank you for your work it is truly amazing

I’ve been using this app for 2 years now, I haven’t got any problem so far, but recently with the latest update I can’t use as many colors as I want in the easy way as I used to be able to do so. The app only gives me the chance to select a few colors, and then I have to delete one before I choose another which is not in my inventory.

I do not recommend it to anyone! while I was writing a note, I finished the draft, and within a day, in the middle of the lesson (!), he wouldn't let me write or listen to the voice message. At least he would have warned, but nothing!!! I have an important exam in a week and now I'm completely desperate and nervous 😞

I really like this app, but sometimes zooming in is just bugged… It would be wonderful if you fix it! Also! I would appreciate if Hungarian language would be available on handwriting!

I started using Notability in early 2019, when it was a one time purchase and had much less features than it currently does. I used it for years in school and it helped me through the pandemic and numerous big exams for which I’m really grateful. Lately though when I open the app some or all my notes (mostly the latest ones that I would actually want to use) are offloaded from my device and the app starts redownloading them - from oldest to newest - which means that I have to wait for my notes from years ago to download in order to use the one I created the day before. When the app works it usually works great but this bug - persistent for many many iterations of the software and not fixed with any of the updates in the last 2 years makes the app unreliable and frankly unusable. I tried turning off icloud turning on backup, turning off everything, somehow this issue pops up every so often. Opening the app should not result in me waiting for upwards of 30 minutes to be able to use my own notes, sitting in a lecture not being able to take notes or just obliterating my workflow completely. Please fix this issue, I don’t know much about programming but it seems that the developers were able to tackle much more difficult issues than this.

I have been looking for an app to use it learning from PDF files. Checked the market and the played with some apps. This app exceeds my expectations with the “tape” tool. Clean UI, sophisticated toolbar, great features. And a must have feature seamless export and import, your data is NOT hostage. After getting familiar with the features of this app I knew it’s a must have. Although I love it I would not mind tape size of 1.5 (1 is too small and 2 is too big). Reveal all and hide all tape might be interesting for someone, just crossed my mind. Thanks for this amazing piece of software.

I have already bought the product back then, before corporate greed and new despicable business models ruined almost all software. The app works great, but why am I “greeted” with an advertisement screen almost every time I open the app? I hate it so, so, sooooo f*ing much!

I use this app to take notes in class. Has several tools that assist with diagrams, designs and color coding. However I also use it for my day to day needs, such as writing recipes, planning my week, creating schedules and many more.
