I have already bought the product back then, before corporate greed and new despicable business models ruined almost all software. The app works great, but why am I “greeted” with an advertisement screen almost every time I open the app? I hate it so, so, sooooo f*ing much!
I use this app to take notes in class. Has several tools that assist with diagrams, designs and color coding. However I also use it for my day to day needs, such as writing recipes, planning my week, creating schedules and many more.
Worked fine until it started lagging when I'm writing with an Apple Pencil. I don't know what could be the problem.
I think, right now, this is possibly the most requested feature among this type of apps that I’ve observed. I’d use it for planning, wire-framing, note taking; but the fact it’s limited to standard paper sizes while it’s a digital canvas is hurting it. There should be an option to have an unlimited canvas both horizontally and vertically.
It makes me extremely frustrated when I pay for your app and then it keeps losing my notes. I wrote down an important piece of information that was supposed to be saved, then it’s all gone Try to not screw up the most important feature before you expect getting paid for your app
Great application, love it! I use it daily for my main form of taking notes for school. I think overall it is the best notetaking app for iPad. It is near perfect, but I really need to write on images sometimes, like biology diagrams. It is currently a bit awkward to do so, because if I accidentally touch the image with my hand while writing on it with the apple pencil it gets selected. When the image is selected I can no longer draw on it. Unselecting the image after every few strokes can be quite annoying and really slows down my work. Please add a feature to be able to lock the image, so I can draw on it without constantly accidentally selecting it. Other notetaking apps do have this feature, and it would come in very handy to be able to do it here as well. Thank you!
I downloaded this app more than 2 years ago because it was recommended by a friend. I am a medical student so I constantly have to use the app. As the app has been updated some features like the tape are useful, however the app CONSTANTLY crashes and I’ve lost valuable handwritten notes multiple times. The app used to include a one time payment but then they switched to annual payments, which I was still okay with. However, now with the price increase I have to say it’s absolutely not worth it. The app barely works properly, the tools constantly crash, even simple zooming in an out is difficult. If you’re looking for a good note taking app, I DO NOT recommend notability. Spend your money elsewhere.
The toolbar stopped to work properly. I am not able to swich tool, or change colour, etc, because it does not respond to tap on it….sometimes the tool is changed, but the indicator still shows the original tool. This is quite annoying, the app is useless right now! Please fix it! Btw, I have just updated the latest version, and the problem is still exist.
Dear Team! I love the way this app is built, yet I feel like it needs more optimalization. It’s laggy and buggy on the new ipad pro, and also on other devices I’ve used (when you scroll from one page to another, or when you zoom in and out quickly, it laggs, and bugs.) Also I think a good update would be better shape recognition, such as the program recognizing “under root” lite shapes and just snappimg into them. Thank you!
The worst application, even though I bought a premium account, it keeps getting stuck in the middle of writing and sometimes all the texts I wrote are deleted by themselves. I am very sorry for the cost I paid for this application
