App always fails to download documents

Hello. My notability just stopped syncing. I had files previously on my ipad but now they could not sync and I couldn’t open them. I tried following instructions on the help page under storage and syncing but it didn’t work. All my study material is in notability and I couldn’t access them. Can somebody tell me what is wrong or how to fix this?

If you read this review, do not download the app to your device. This application requires you to upgrade to premium otherwise you will not be able to take any notes, even writing notes with a normal pen. The app is so bad, it doesn't even deserve 2*

This new handwriting feature is fantastic! It increases my writing speed and significantly reduces the strain on my fingers. So love it!!!

I frequently need to export PDF without annotations (still keep my added pages, photos) (just like with Goodnotes) Please update this features! Thank you! Moreover, there should be an option to draw/highlight in straight lines right away, using rulers takes more time. Goodnotes has the option of drawing shapes too, you guys should also add this to Notability ^^
