Keep it for yourself, or share a clean summary with a clinician you already see, if and when you choose. Notch does less than other trackers, on purpose. It keeps a faithful record and gets out of the way. It does not score you, chase you, or guess at causes; you and anyone you choose do the reading. LOG AN EVENT IN SECONDS Note what happened the moment it does, or add it later. Give it your own word, a migraine, a dizzy spell, a rough night, and only the detail you want: time, how strong it felt, how long, where you were. A DAILY CHECK-IN Rate eating, sleep, activity, alcohol, and mood on a simple 1 to 5. Add a note if you like, or tap "nothing to note". It takes about twenty seconds. YOUR RECORD, YOURS ALONE A month calendar, plain per-day bars, and a searchable timeline you can filter by kind of event. Everything is editable and anything is deletable. SHARE ON YOUR TERMS Build a clean, readable summary for any date range and share it as text or a PDF, made entirely on your phone. Notch does not book appointments or contact anyone; you decide whether to share it, when, and with whom, such as a clinician you already see. Filter it to one kind of event, and choose whether to include your private notes. TRULY PRIVATE No account. No sign-in. No servers. No analytics. Notch makes no network calls at all, so nothing leaves your phone unless you export or back it up yourself. Its privacy label is "Data Not Collected", because that is the truth. An optional Face ID lock keeps the app closed to anyone but you. CALM BY DESIGN No streaks, no nagging, no alarm colours. A gap in your log is neutral. Log from the Home Screen, the Lock Screen, Control Centre, or by asking Siri. Notch is a personal record-keeping tool.
