Since the recent update has been disappointing to use this app. Can't sort notes into folders. Notes appear generically and it's not like the notes app you get when you get an iPhone. I will be deleting this app now.

Some of my notes don’t save or disappear

Why download a separate note app? To have quick access to notes for a specific niche, to switch between two sets of notes without having to exit one of them. I’m sorry to have to leave this review, but while the app does what it needs to do, is has one major flaw: it doesn’t save notes properly. I found on two occasions is my notes didn’t save. The first time I came back into the app and it was gone. The second time it saved parts of it but didn’t save anything recent. Fix it. For now there are alternatives.

Looking for something simple, clean, and easy to use. This fits the bill. The downside is there doesn’t appear to be any way to export or transfer notes to anywhere. I do NOT mean anything “iCloud” I mean export to text, or export to an archive that can then be moved to another Mac and imported. I much prefer the UI of this app, but unfortunately it is essentially the default Apple Notes app with a facelift.. then $10 to do things Apple’s Notes already does.

This app is clean and simple. There are no ads which is a very prominent feature. If you wish to access the pro-version, you simply need to make one flat payment. No subscription nonsense. A notes app should be stress free. Well done.
