## Noteflow Reviews in United States

### *---- "SCAM"
Took my money no way to get support my app doesn’t work
-- 97530, 2025-04-16

### **--- "No help from Noteflow support"
I fully paid for the app and yet the app tells me that I am out of free minutes. It keeps taking me to the trial screen. The app needs better tech support.
-- Aznrock1994, 2025-04-13

### *---- "Subscription"
I have the monthly subscription, I tried to use the app and it said I needed to pay again. I tried to restore purchase etc but nothing helped. I found the support email but it came back undelivered. I truly liked the app but I don’t like not having the capability of contacting someone.
-- KA12471!, 2025-04-10

### *---- "Do not buy!!!"
I “purchased” a subscription after really liking the product and inspite of reaching out to the identified email for help I have received zero communication or help in getting my PAID subscription working - I have sent 3 emails and crickets. Look elsewhere.
-- BSmithDC, 2025-04-09

### *---- "App not working"
I purchased this app in March 24 and it has stopped working. Saying that my free trail has ended. My money was taken out so I expect the app to function. This needs to be fixed ASAP or a refund should be given to customers. You can’t even email support the email does not work. Extremely disappointing customer service.
-- Sandybeach93, 2025-04-03

### *---- "Data missing"
I’ve been using this for 6 weeks under a paid yearly subscription and today I opened the app and all my notes were gone. I tried logging in with google account but that didn’t restore it. Trying to contact digital lion the contact sheet will. It submit to ask for help. I was loving this as it was so helpful. Now all my work is lost.
-- Kimkns864, 2025-04-03

### ***-- "Lost my notes!"
Love the app! But I lost all of my notes!! Please help me restore!
-- blkrad1913, 2025-04-03

### *---- "Constant ads to upgrade"
What is going on with this app? I paid to use it and every time I try to create a new note it’s asking me to upgrade to a lifetime subscription and it refuses to take a note for me even though I have the annual subscription it’s ridiculous
-- Karisa24, 2025-04-02

### *---- "Disappointed"
App worked great until I paid for it. Now it doesn’t work as it doesn’t recognize I’ve paid for it. I’ve emailed support three times without an answer. I’ll be asking my bank to refund my money.

Greatly disappointing as I liked the way the notes came out.
-- Wjohnson922, 2025-03-31

### **--- "Subscription issues"
I have made several attempts regarding the subscription that I paid for and the app not recognizing my payment. I have tried to email support and the email is showing the support email does not exist. Please provide an actual person that can fix this issue. I’m beginning to think this is a scam, no one is responding and the phone numbers do not work. Do not buy the subscription!
