Can somebody tell how can I change my partner?

Refreshing
The app is good but the notes don’t refresh and i get no notifications unless i open the app the the note refreshes even though my partner sent me the note about an hour ago

I can’t press anything inside the app after 2 days of usage. Closing and reopen doesn’t work.
