You can email support at Zendesk, but good luck waiting for a response if you have a problem. -- Mark5732, 2025-10-16 ### *---- "Slow and DELETES YOUR WORK" I originally had the free version and it worked great so I decided to upgrade to the pro version but I wish I hadn’t. I have constant issues with the eraser and the pen tools being very delayed when I’m trying to erase or write or the eraser will randomly start being the tool used when I don’t select it so I’ve erased things I don’t want to erase while trying to write something else. I’ve also had issues that I’m writing somewhere and it moves to somewhere else on the page when I don’t move it. I’ve had my FULL PAGE of writing get deleted three times when the app freezes and there’s no way to recover it!! This app has wasted so much time and I regret getting it! -- A Hope 7, 2025-10-05 ### ****- "Color highlighter" Maybe color highlighter cannot print onto papers with printer, sorry, maybe not so. -- “Trey” Ellender, 2025-09-13 ### *---- "Still not working, deleted my work twice" No matter what anyone’s work is, either in chemistry or math or just writing an essay, in my opinion, it is unacceptable when parts of your work just disappear. I’m in school, and if my work disappears or parts of my homework, I would get a bad grade. I read the other reviews and their responses were these issues have been fixed. Well, it doesn’t seem like that these problems have been fixed, so I want my money back. My time and my work is important. My grades and future depend on it. If you value your time and your work, nobody should consider to waste their time or money with this app. -- CCRI2025, 2025-09-13 ### ****- "Data not updated with current news since October 2023…" One star short of 5. Here's why. AI function is great, but it only has data dated to October 2023, when Joe Biden was President. AI cannot relate to knowledge/news beyond this date. Here’s what I received from AI: “I don't have real-time updating capabilities, and my training data goes up until October 2023. If there have been updates or changes to my functionalities since then, I wouldn't have that information. My responses are based on the data and training I received up to that point. If you have questions regarding any recent developments, it might be best to consult the latest official updates from my developers.” Otherwise, it’s a very good app. -- ChelaGlez, 2025-05-29 ### *---- "Text Windows" Open, save, reopen, edit: dozens of hours worked in text box; then is disappears-forever -- Barryoo, 2025-05-26 ### ***** "The Best" This is a great note writer for any notes and organizing all your information -- Raptortrex@, 2025-04-18 ### ****- "Please update 2025 planners" Good app. Calendars and planners templates need to be updated. -- jessycristiny, 2025-04-12 ### ****- "Poor Search function" I use a folder for recipes. When I want to look one up for reference, I type in a portion of the name but get no results. It’s very frustrating trying to find particular items. -- Slowtrekker1953, 2025-03-26 [View all Notes Writer Pro reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Notes Writer Pro In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Notes Writer Pro AI Assistant | $1.99 | ## Notes Writer Pro Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Paid | Saudi Arabia | Productivity | #49 | | Top Paid | Thailand | Productivity | #78 | | Top Paid | Kuwait | Productivity | #105 | | Top Paid | Egypt | Productivity | #116 | | Top Paid | Peru | Productivity | #128 | | Top Paid | Greece | Productivity | #131 | | Top Paid | Spain | Productivity | #145 | | Top Paid | Chile | Productivity | #147 | | Top Paid | Vietnam | Productivity | #147 | | Top Paid | Pakistan | Productivity | #156 | | Top Paid | Dominican Republic | Productivity | #159 | | Top Paid | Colombia | Productivity | #160 | | Top Paid | Malaysia | Productivity | #162 | | Top Paid | Hong Kong SAR China | Productivity | #165 | | Top Paid | Philippines | Productivity | #170 | | Top Paid | Ukraine | Productivity | #170 | | Top Paid | Israel | Productivity | #174 | | Top Paid | Italy | Productivity | #176 | | Top Paid | Portugal | Productivity | #177 | | Top Paid | India | Productivity | #180 | | Top Paid | Singapore | Productivity | #197 | | Top Paid | Czechia | Productivity | #199 | | Top Paid | Austria | Productivity | #210 | | Top Paid | Nigeria | Productivity | #213 | | Top Paid | Hungary | Productivity | #214 | | Top Paid | United Arab Emirates | Productivity | #214 | | Top Paid | Poland | Productivity | #216 | | Top Paid | Mexico | Productivity | #222 | | Top Paid | Brazil | Productivity | #233 | | Top Paid | Indonesia | Productivity | #239 | | Top Paid | Russia | Productivity | #241 | ## Notes Writer Pro Discovered Keywords -
